Q. Does Bride&co hire dresses?
A. Bride&co do not hire out dresses, however all dresses at Bride&co are extremely affordable! In fact, you can buy a dress for the cost of what most stores hire them out for! We suggest making an appointment with a Bride&co consultant for a free fitting to see just how incredible and affordable our Bride&co dresses are.
Q. Do I have to pay to try on any Bride&co dresses?
A. No – fittings are for free at Bride&co! You are welcome to book an appointment with a Bride&co bridal consultant to assist you in the selection and trying on of multiple wedding dresses, free of charge. Alternatively, you are welcome to come in-store and try on any dress at your own pace at no expense. You are welcome to come in as many times as you would like and there are no costs involved.
Q. Where exactly overseas are the Bride&co dresses made?
A. Bride&co sources their dresses from multiple, international suppliers. These include top international design houses in the USA and Asia, producing the most specialised and intricate bridal and special occasions garments in the world.
Q. What is the average price range of Bride&&co dresses?
Bride&co dresses are extremely affordable. Bridesmaids dresses and special occasions dresses begin at about R900, whereas wedding dress prices range from R3500 up to R11 000, for international designer wedding dresses.
Q. How do Bride&co operate with regards to payment options, appointments and alterations?
A. Bride&co requires a 50% deposit upon ordering a wedding dress and the wedding dress usually has a 10-15 week delivery period. Bride&co charges for any alterations that may be required for any dress purchased (prices vary). All appointments with Bride&co consultants are scheduled for an hour in duration and are free of charge.
Q. What colors do Bride&co bridesmaids’ dresses come in?
A. Bride&co has up to 56 variations of colors for bridesmaids’ dresses. All shoes and handbags can also be dyed into one of these colour shades. Please see the Colour Chart (hyperlink to page with all colours) for all available colours at Bride&co.
Q. Would Bride&co make / design a dress from a picture if provided?
A. Bride&co only sells dresses and does not offer a dress making service. Bride&co believes there are so many stresses and uncertainties around your wedding, that your dress shouldn’t be one of them! With our range of dresses- what you see is what you get. There are no disappointments and last minute surprises associated with having your dress made from scratch! Let us make this wedding experience as pain-free as possible by ordering your gown from the professionals. PLUS with our new Personal Touch garment accessorising range (coming soon) you will be able to customise your gown so it is as unique as you are!
Q. Will Bride&co buy a dress back after the wedding, to be re-sold?
A. Bride&co do not purchase any used dresses. All dresses at Bride&co are unworn and purchased directly from the supplier.
