Terms and Conditions

  1. Bride&co reserves the right to change prices without notification. Prices on confirmed special orders will not be changed.
  2. Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
  3. Approximately 10 – 15 weeks is required for manufacture of special orders.
  4. Expected delivery dates supplied for special orders are an estimate only. As the merchandise is ordered from our international supplier we cannot guarantee exact day delivery.
  5. No special orders will be processed until the 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. Special order cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  6. Dresses are cut to size, not to specific measurements.
  7. Merchandise colours may vary on screen
  8. Products displayed in the images are subject to availability
  9. All goods are to be paid for in full prior to collection.
  10. Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid for in full prior to the merchandise being altered.
  11. Exchanges may only be made on merchandise if the following conditions are met: (Merchandise is returned within 14 days of purchase, Merchandise is returned in its original condition, Merchandise has original tags attached, The original invoice is produced)
  12. No exchanges will be made on merchandise that has been altered.
  13. No exchanges on special orders or sale items.
  14. No refunds will be processed.

WIN A WEDDING DRESS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and condition shall apply to this Bride&co competition only.
  2. This competition will only apply to those customers who enter Bride&co and register with
 the company as a bride (hereinafter “bride”), those brides who have purchased their wedding
 dress after 1 February 2012 and brides who have yet to purchase their wedding dress from Bride&co in the draw to which their entry relates.
  3. Entrants are entitled to enter this competition as many times as they like, provided they qualify
 as a bride for each entry.
  4. Only correct and duly completed entries will be submitted for each draw.
  5. This competition shall be conducted by an independent auditor who shall report to Bride&co.
  6. Entry to the competition, unless stated otherwise, shall be by means of an entrant completing
 an entry form and registering as a bride in-store within the allotted time periods.
  7. All customers who register as a bride at any Bride&co store will be able to enter into the
 competition. (Only in-store registration qualify)
  8. Competition will run from 1 February 2012 until 31 January 2013.
  9. The competition will run for the following 3 month periods (February 2012 – April 2012, May 2012 – July 2012, August 2012 – October 2012, November 2012- January 2013)
  10. All entries (during the above three month periods) will be collected and tallied and one
     winner selected for each 3 (three) month period of the year. All unsuccessful entries for the
 above three-month periods where a winner is selected will be destroyed after a winner is
 selected and winner claims the prize and will not carry over to the next three-month period.
  11. Winners shall be drawn randomly, at the Bride&co support office, by the independent auditors on the following closing dates per period (First Period - 7 May 2012 at 11 AM, Second Period - 7 August 2012 at 11 AM, Third Period - 7 November 2012 at 11 AM, Fourth Period - 7 February 2013 at 11 AM)
  12. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be
 notified by cellphone and shall be published within 1 (one) week from the respective draws
 on the Bride&co website.
  13. Winners who have already purchased and paid for the wedding dress from Bride&co
 will receive an EFT into their account to the value of their wedding dress purchased. (To a
 maximum value of R10, 000.00).
